Learn new culinary arts skills and understand the science of food.  Impress friends and family with your new culinary skills and techniques.  Explore local foods, sensory evaluation, plate painting, knife skills, garnishing, and food presentation.  Taught by the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences, the Department of Food Science and Technology and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Extension.
